Return & Refund Policy

At Banners and All, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product we create is customized to meet your brand’s specific requirements. Since our items are made-to-order, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Confirmation and Production

All projects start only after receiving:

  • A 70% advance payment, and

  • Final design approval from the client.

Once production begins, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted, as materials and printing processes are already in progress.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing or printing defect confirmed by our quality control team.

  • The product delivered does not match the approved design or contains significant errors in printing or assembly caused by our team.

Minor variations in color tone, size, or material texture (due to print or display differences) are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds.

3. Reporting Issues

If you notice any defect or issue with your product:

  • Please report it within 24 hours of delivery or installation.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

  • Once verified, a replacement or corrective action will be arranged as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer-provided design or content errors (spelling, logo, color mismatch, etc.)

  • Delays caused by weather, client unavailability, or site inaccessibility.

  • Damage occurring after installation or due to third-party handling.

  • Change of mind or order cancellation after production starts.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, Card, etc.). The timeline may vary depending on your payment provider.
