All orders begin after receiving a 70% advance payment and final design approval from the client.
Once approved, production typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the type and quantity of the order.
In case of bulk or custom-size projects, production timelines will be shared individually.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery: Delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: Available on request at an additional charge.
Local Delivery or Pickup: Available for customers within Delhi NCR and nearby areas.
All shipments are sent through trusted courier or logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery time may vary depending on:
Product type and customization level.
Destination pin code and courier service availability.
External factors such as weather conditions, transport delays, or strikes.
In case of unavoidable delays, our team will keep you informed via phone or email.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on:
Product weight, size, and quantity.
Delivery location and mode of transport.
Shipping costs will be clearly communicated before confirming the order.
5. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Share photos or videos for verification.
Once confirmed, we will either replace the damaged items or provide an appropriate solution.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we serve clients within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
