1. General Terms
These Terms of Service apply to all users, customers, and visitors of Banners and All. By accessing or using our website or services, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.
2. Services Offered
Banners and All provides design, printing, and installation services for signage, banners, hoardings, and promotional materials. All products are custom-made according to client requirements, and production begins after confirmation of design and advance payment.
3. Orders and Payments
A minimum of 70% advance payment is required before production begins.
The remaining 30% balance must be paid on the day of installation or delivery.
Payment can be made through UPI, bank transfer, cash, debit/credit cards, or wallets.
Orders will only be processed after receiving the advance payment and final design approval.
4. Pricing and Quotations
All prices shared in quotations or proposals are based on current material and labor costs. Prices may vary depending on design complexity, material selection, or installation site conditions. GST and transportation charges, if applicable, will be extra.
5. Design and Approval
Customers must verify and approve the final design before production. Once a design is approved and printing begins, no further changes can be made. Banners and All will not be responsible for design errors, spelling mistakes, or layout issues after approval.
6. Production and Installation
Production timelines are provided during order confirmation.
Installation dates may vary due to weather, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients must ensure proper access to the site during installation and provide any necessary permissions.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Refunds or replacements are only provided for verified manufacturing or printing defects confirmed by our quality team.
Minor color variations or slight material differences may occur and are not considered defects.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Local orders within Gurgaon are delivered and installed by our in-house team.
Outstation orders are shipped via reliable logistics partners.
Banners and All is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, designs, and materials on our website are the property of Banners and All. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Banners and All will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or installation issues, except as required by law.
11. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We use customer information solely for communication, billing, and order processing purposes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gurgaon, Haryana.
